The Chief Procurement Office is responsible for overseeing procurements for all construction and construction-related professional services for the construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and preservation of more than 8,400 State facilities. To work with the state universities and agencies to meet their procurement needs while exercising independent authority, oversight, and approval to ensure and continuously improve: compliance with the law, fair treatment, need-based decision-decision making, diversity, integrity, tranperency, and value.
